Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Superapps Studio. They cover our website and apps, including Leaf.Wise, Un.hidden, and Stock.ed. By downloading or using any of them, you agree to these Terms. We've kept them in plain language, so please give them a read.

Some of our apps are still in beta, so these Terms may be updated as the apps develop. When we make meaningful changes, we'll update the date above and, where it makes sense, let you know in the app.

01 Acceptance of terms

By using any Superapps Studio app or website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use our apps.

02 Apps covered

These Terms apply to all Superapps Studio products: Leaf.Wise, Un.hidden, Stock.ed, and any future apps we build, unless a specific app has its own separate terms.

03 Beta software notice

Some of our apps are still in beta testing. That means things might change, break, or disappear as we work on them. Beta software is provided "as is" while we test and improve it.

04 Plant care guidance disclaimer

Leaf.Wise offers plant care guidance and helps identify likely issues, but it can't guarantee your plants will thrive. Think of recommendations as a helpful starting point, and keep an eye on your plants over time.

Our recommendations are based on general horticultural knowledge and whatever information the app has available. Your plants live in the real world, with conditions we can't fully see. Always use your own judgment.

05 Plant diagnosis limitations

Our diagnosis features identify likely issues based on photos, symptoms, and what you tell us. They won't always be right, and they're no substitute for professional advice when it comes to valuable, rare, or seriously affected plants.

06 Stock.ed accuracy limitations

Product recognition, receipt extraction, barcode matches, expiry-date detection or estimates, allergy and dietary filtering, and recipe suggestions can be incomplete or incorrect.

Review extracted items, dates, ingredients, allergens, dietary matches, and recipe suggestions before relying on them. Stock.ed does not replace checking product packaging and ingredient labels or seeking qualified medical or dietary advice. You remain responsible for deciding whether food is safe and suitable for you or anyone you cook for.

07 Your responsibilities

  • Give the app accurate information so it can help you properly.
  • Treat recommendations as guidance, not guarantees.
  • Keep your login details safe.
  • Follow the law when using our apps.

08 Acceptable use

Please don't misuse our apps. That means no trying to break or reverse engineer the service, no uploading unlawful content, and no using the apps to harm others. We may limit or suspend access if we see misuse.

09 Accounts

If an app offers accounts, you're responsible for what happens under yours. If you think your account has been compromised, let us know right away.

10 Subscriptions and payments

Leaf.Wise offers Leaf.Wise Pro through auto-renewing monthly and yearly subscriptions. Un.hidden offers Un.hidden Pro through auto-renewing weekly and monthly subscriptions. Stock.ed offers Stock.ed Plus through auto-renewing monthly and annual subscriptions, and Stock.ed Lifetime as a one-time, non-renewing purchase.

Before subscribing, you'll see the current price, billing period, any trial terms, and what's included. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it through your Apple ID subscription settings before the renewal date.

You can manage or cancel an auto-renewing subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Stock.ed Lifetime does not renew; it unlocks the applicable lifetime entitlement for the Apple ID used to purchase it, subject to Apple's purchase and account rules.

If another Superapps Studio app adds paid features or subscriptions, its price, billing period, renewal terms, and included features will be shown before purchase.

11 Refunds

If you bought something through an app store, refunds are handled by that store under its own policies. You'll need to contact them directly for refund requests.

12 Intellectual property

Everything we've built (the apps, names, logos, design, and content we create) belongs to us or our licensors. Anything you add, like your plant photos and notes, stays yours. You just give us permission to use it to make the app work for you.

13 Third party services

Our apps may rely on other services to do things like identify plants, fetch weather data, or report crashes. We don't control their availability or accuracy, and their own terms may apply.

14 App stores and purchases

Our apps are available through app stores like the Apple App Store and Google Play. Your use is also subject to that store's terms. Any purchases or subscriptions are processed by the store, not by us.

If you got the app from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that Apple is not a party to these Terms, is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. Questions about an app should come to us, not the store.

15 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Superapps Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of our apps, including any harm to plants. Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available." Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws where you live.

16 No guarantee of plant outcomes

We can't promise that following a recommendation will keep a plant healthy or alive. There are too many real-world factors we can't see. Think of our guidance as a solid starting point, and keep watching your plants.

17 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws where Superapps Studio is based, without regard to conflict of laws rules, and always subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still stands.

18 Termination

You can stop using our apps whenever you want. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms, if we need to protect the service or other users, or if we discontinue an app.

19 Changes to terms

We may update these Terms as our apps grow and change. When we make meaningful updates, we'll change the date at the top and let you know in the app when it makes sense. If you keep using the app after a change, that means you accept the new Terms.
